Marketing Manager

Job Title:Marketing Manager

Reporting To:Country Manager in London

Department/Location:London office, London

Main Purpose:The marketing professional will be expected to prepare and present ideas and deliverables on a regular basis, and to research market trends and industry data so that the company remains on the cutting edge.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Delivering effective programs that achieve company and client objectives

2.Plans agenda of work and projects, win new work from clients; provide excellent service and advice, in order to gain more business from marketing.

3.Assist with initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support

4.Support our clients developing the sales and marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables for maximum benefit

5.Meet with clients to plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall company goals and sales targets

6.Help gather and analyze both sides marketing datas to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends

7.Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events

8.Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposals

9.Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals

Person Specification:

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills/qualification/experience:

 

1.Marketingt experience of more than 5 years.

2.Native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English, excellent written skills with good knowledge of grammar and accuracy in Mandarin Chinese.

3.Able to effectively operate, study strategies, policies and methods, and assess final results before reporting to the Country Manager.

4.Strong communications skills to seek opportunities, expend business and client portfolio.

5.Experience in sales big projects and managing team, motivating and mentoring team members to in order to achieve sales goals.

6.Strong records on building good relationships and partnerships.

7.Able to think analytically, critically, and creatively, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

8.Hands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotions

9.Having worked in an international or global business environment, sensitive to cultural differences.

10.Professional certification (ex: Professional Certified Marketer)
